Is the Procedure Safe?

Menlarge is entirely bespoke. No 2 procedures are the same and so until you have had your assessment we cannot say how much Dermal Filler your anatomy can hold to increase size before reaching the point of diminishing returns. Average first treatments focus on conservative enhancement within safe anatomical limits. Final volumes are determined after private assessment. Though many clinics will offer large initial volumes and this can be done it is entirely anatomy dependent, as over-filling in any one session creates a dampening sleeve that leads to soft & weak erections that no medication can overcome.
Can the treatment be reversed if there are any issues?

Yes, we only use pure hyaluronic acid fillers to give a natural result that your body accepts as its own, integrating it with your own biology over time. The beauty of this means that if for any reason you wanted a reversal it can be dissolved fully at any time using a dissolving agent in a quick, painless procedure with immediate reversibility where clinically required.
Can anyone tell I have had Penile Enhancement?

No, not if it is done correctly. If it is performed by respecting your individual anatomy then treatment with Dermal Filler is imperceptible & cannot be noticed. It blends with your natural anatomy and doesn’t affect erectile function. In fact Menlarge™ helps support strong erections. Problems arise where other clinics may overfill the penis, then it can become obvious and lead to “soft & boggy” erections. With Menlarge, we NEVER over-fill.
